What is a children law accredited solicitor?
This is a solicitor who has been accredited by The Law Society as a specialist in dealing with Children Law cases. It can give clients reassurance that the solicitor they instruct will have a high level of knowledge and experience in dealing with their children law matter.
The solicitor will have particular expertise in a wide range of children law matters including Care Proceedings, Adoption, private law children matters and Special Guardianship
