Case Study: Road Traffic Accident Claim
On 6 May 2022, our client was involved in a serious road traffic accident when another driver pulled out from a side road into her path, causing her vehicle to leave the road and collide with a hedge. She sustained significant injuries, including a fracture to her neck (C2), leg injuries and broken teeth.

Case study: Cyclist hit by car – successful £7,500 settlement
Our client, a cyclist, was struck by a car that failed to stop at the scene of the accident. The cyclist fell heavily onto his right side and was assisted by a passing motorist. Our client was transported to the hospital by ambulance, where X-rays and ultrasounds confirmed injuries to his right side.
