Ruth Allanson

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor based in our Allerton Office working in the Family Law team. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and practiced locally until joining Morecrofts in January 2023.

I gained my Children Law Accreditation in 2012 and have since specialised in the law relating to children, representing children, parents and extended family members.

My expertise covers all aspects of children law including public and private children law matters, adoption, special guardianship and applications made under the inherent jurisdiction.

It is a privilege to be able to assist clients during extremely challenging times in their lives when they require support most, doing so with care and compassion.
