As a Partner at Morecrofts Solicitors and Head of the Family Care Group, I lead a dedicated team committed to protecting the rights of children and families. With extensive experience in child protection, care proceedings, and adoption, I provide focussed and compassionate legal advice to those facing some of life’s most challenging moments.

When the local authority becomes involved with your family, whether at a case conference, pre-proceedings, or court applications, I am here to ensure your voice is heard and will work with you in seeking the best possible outcome.

I firmly believe in the fundamental right to family life and work tirelessly to ensure that the children are put at the centre of any decision making. I am a strong advocate of justice being accessed by all, and not just the privileged few.

My role on Morecrofts’ Strategic Board allows me to contribute to the firm’s long-term vision, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional legal services to those who need them most.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two—a reminder of what is important in life. In my spare time, I write comedy thrillers—to amuse myself (if no one else!)
