I am senior paralegal in the family team assisting Shirley Bennett in family law matters, particularly domestic abuse and Children Act matters.

I can help with public funding eligibility, non-molestation injunction orders and Private Law Children Act Applications.

I started working at Morecrofts in October 2020.

Family law matters can often be the most emotionally difficult legal matters for clients.  I provide a sympathetic but realistic approach to this legal process. I particularly enjoy helping vulnerable clients seeking protective orders in domestic abuse cases.

Before joining Morecrofts, I worked in the family department of another firm of solicitors for 16 years.  I also have experience of attending court and obtaining without notice non-molestation injunction orders. I can assess clients’ eligibility for legal aid for public and private family law matters.

I have completed CILEX Level three certificate in Child Care Practice and Family Law receiving distinction in both.
