Kathy McQuillan

I am a Solicitor in the family matrimonial team. I can assist with a range of family law problems arising out of relationship breakdowns.

I specialise in issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce and financial matters, cohabitation disputes, child arrangements, and cases involving domestic abuse. My aim is to provide clear, practical advice and support clients through what can often be a challenging and emotional time.

Alongside my family law expertise, I have experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as education and children matters. This broad background helps me approach each case with strong legal knowledge and a practical understanding of the issues families face.

I take a balanced approach, working with clients to find solutions that are fair and practical for everyone involved, prioritising both their needs and the wellbeing of their family. My focus is on providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
