I am a senior associate solicitor in Conveyancing and I am part of the Property Team and I am based in our Prescot Office.
I help clients with their Sales and Purchase of Residential Property, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity whether by gift or matrimonial, Right to Buy purchase, Help to Buy and New Build purchase and I help to manage the Prescot Office on a day to day basis.
I qualified in 2004 and have a genuine love of all that is conveyancing and the real reason I do the job is to ensure that our clients secure the home of their dreams and look to help people through one of the most stressful times of their lives. It is all about ensuring clients who have put their trust in us achieve a house move completed with due diligence, professionalism, courtesy and as quickly as possible. I can genuinely say I offer all those qualities to clients. Just knowing that completion has taken place and their sale or move has been achieved still gives me a big sense of pride even after thousands of house completions.
I am also a member of the Prescot Business Club which meets bi-monthly and gives an insight into all that goes on locally within the Prescot area.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family/friends and my two grandchildren along with walking/pilates and watching films.
