Louise Downey

I am a Paralegal based in our Crosby office, working within our residential and commercial property department.

I have been working at Morecrofts since 2018 and I assist clients with their Sales and Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Help to Buy Purchases, Transfer of Equity, New Build Purchases as well as Commercial Property Transactions including the Assignment and Granting of Leases.

I enjoy helping client’s secure their new home, and I always feel a buzz and a sense of satisfaction on completion day. I always endeavour to be a friendly face during what can be a very stressful time in our client’s lives and take pride in supporting them throughout their transaction.

I am married with two young daughters, both of which keep me very busy outside of work!
