I am a Senior Associate, Chartered Legal Executive in Conveyancing and I work in Property Team based in our Allerton office.

I help clients with sales and Purchases of residential property, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, equity release mortgages, help to buy purchases, new build purchases  and also with commercial property transactions such as sales and purchases, grants of leases/assignments of leases / re-finance of commercial premises.

I qualified in 2003, and I love helping people through one of the most stressful times of their lives and being able to help them get on the property ladder and/or progress with their business transactions.

I enjoy going away through the summer months to my country residence (otherwise known as my caravan) and socialising with friends and also following  the football and in particular the success of the club I support which is Liverpool Football Club.
