I am a Licensed Conveyancer based in our city centre office, heading a team of very experienced property lawyers and support staff.
I deal with both residential and commercial conveyancing and landlord & tenant matters taking on the more complex matters having been a conveyancer for more than 50 years. I assist my colleagues with any problems they may encounter in the matters they deal with.
I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer (Specialist Property Lawyer) in 1989.
I enjoy helping people move into what they hope will be their dream home and when dealing with leases of commercial premises seeing people start their first business ventures or expand their empire.
Conveyancing has changed out of all recognition since I began my working life as an office junior in a firm of solicitors in 1967. It has become for more complex and much more onerous on the part of lawyers.
A lot of my spare time is taken up with my three grandchildren, playing and watching them play sports. I enjoy playing badminton and I am an eternal optimist as I support Everton FC.
I also enjoy going to the cinema and the theatre.
