Shahida Jogi

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in Morecrofts’ Private Client team, with over 20 years’ experience advising individuals and families across Liverpool and the wider region. Having practiced exclusively in private client law throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in helping clients navigate some of life’s most important personal and financial decisions.

Known for my approachable manner and technical ability, I always provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances. My focus is always on delivering solutions that meet my clients’ needs, whether they are planning for the future, protecting family assets, or ensuring their wishes are properly documented.

I can advise on all aspects of private client work, including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates and trusts, and intergenerational wealth planning. I work closely with executors and beneficiaries to guide them through the estate administration process with clarity and sensitivity, helping to minimise stress at what is often a difficult time. I can also assist clients in planning the efficient transfer of wealth between generations, helping families preserve and protect their assets for the future.

Outside of work, I am usually taking my children to their various activities and enthusiastically cheering them on from the sidelines.
