Hannah Jones

I am an associate solicitor based in the family law team. I can help clients with with divorce, finances, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, private children law including child arrangements, prohibited steps orders, relocation applications and other specific issue order applications, and domestic abuse injunctions.  This has included complex and high net worth applications including those involving complex pensions, trust issues, interim applications and novel arguments

I joined Morecrofts in March 2026 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2019. I am empathetic, compassionate, pragmatic and yet commercial. I will adapt depending on the personality type of client and will endeavour to reach a fair settlement for my client. I love making a real difference to people’s lives with the work that I do, helping them in their hour of real need. I am also a member of Resolution.

Outside of work I love to read (I read over 55 books last year), watching Liverpool Football Club and travelling to different cities. I also love watching game shows and will feature on the 2026 series of Beat the Chasers on ITV.
