Government action to protect children from abusive parents
The government has announced plans to remove the presumption of parental involvement from the existing Child Arrangements Act 1989.

I joined Morecrofts in October 2020 as a Paralegal in the Family department. I have since completed my training contract with Morecrofts and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2024.
I have represented clients in Non-Molestation Injunction Proceedings and successfully obtained Court Orders which have provided our clients protection from further Domestic Abuse.
I have also guided and represented our clients through Children Act proceedings by ensuring they had a thorough understanding of the court process.
I understand that Family Proceedings can be daunting and at Morecrofts we pride ourselves in offering clear advice to our clients from the outset.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, working out in the gym and dancing.
