I am a Partner in Morecrofts and head up the commercial services we offer at the firm.
My specialism is contracts and business sales, helping people avoid taking unnecessary risks when buying or selling their business or shares.
I also prepare business contracts and terms and conditions to protect them from claims and to ensure they get paid for services and goods they provide.
I qualified as a solicitor back in 1989, and I love helping clients to get the best deal they can with reduced risk.
I act as a business mentor free of charge to people thinking of setting up a new business, or who need help with an existing business. In order facilitate do this, I am a part of The Business Clinic, held every Thursday afternoon at Liverpool Central Library.
Anyone can come along to see me and my fellow mentors and take advantage of this support.
When I am not ferrying my children to their various after-school activities, I enjoy long walks with my dog and supporting Manchester United FC.
