I am an Associate Solicitor based in our city centre office. I have been at Morecrofts since 2013.
I specialise in commercial litigation and commercial drafting. I help clients to resolve disputes and I also prepare commercial documents to help protect clients from disputes arising.
In a commercial litigation context, I regularly advise clients on contract disputes, debt recovery, consumer rights, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, trusts of land (TOLATA), contentious probate, trespass, private nuisance, landlord & tenant, collective enfranchisement, building disputes and employment injunctions.
In a commercial drafting context I draft, amend and advise on terms and conditions, partnership agreements, confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, cookies policies, settlement agreements (with releases), commercial leases and introducer agreements.
I find my workload to be very interesting given the diversity of work. No two matters are the same and I often advise on unique situations that vary in value and complexity. I work closely with my clients to find out exactly what their ideal outcome is, and I do my utmost to obtain a desirable but cost effective outcome.
Outside of work I am an avid football fan and a keen runner.
