I am an associate lawyer in the Employment and HR department.
I deal with contentious and non-contentious matters for both the employer and employee.
My role involves advising companies and individuals on all aspects of HR and employment law.
I have a broad experience in a range of complex and sensitive issues. Along with this, I have extensive experience of working with in-house legal and HR teams and supporting on key strategic advisory matters.
I regularly advise employees on settlement agreements and help steer them through the process.
I am an experienced advocate, who is able to represent both employers and employees on a range of issues and have appeared in Employment Tribunals* all over England.
As well as being an experienced advocate, I also personally prepare the matter for hearing, be it for an individual or for a company defending a claim, I will guide you through what can be a stressful process.
I am very client focused. I pride myself in building client relationships, either on an individual basis or on a broader company scale with my main focus always being on achieving my clients objectives.
I love the variety of clients and issues I deal with- ‘No day is the same!’
Outside of work, I live with my husband in Cheshire. I love to go travelling, exploring new places with the company of family and good friends. Whilst studying law at University, I also got a degree in Spanish, which gave me the chance to study at the University of Granada in the beautiful city of Granada, Spain.
