I am the Business Operations Partner at Morecrofts, based in our city centre office.

I began my career here as a Legal Secretary in June 1994.  I progressed to supervisor, then Assistant to the Practice Manager in 1995.  In February 1997 I started my role as Practice Manager and thoroughly enjoyed this role for many years. In 2014 I achieved one of my lifetime goals by becoming a Partner.

I achieved the Post Graduate in Legal Practice Management Qualification in 2015.

My day-to-day role is very varied, from ensuring all our people are happy, to taking care of the firm’s operational development as a business.

I am also a keen networker in the city region and enjoy connecting my contacts to assist other businesses in their own goals.

I am a Non-Exec Director of Liverpool BID Company.  Member of the Executive Board and Chair of the Culture and Commerce BID Board.  In this role I work with the BID team and board members on behalf of over 1000 BID levy payers to improve the BID districts in Liverpool City Centre.
