I am an Employment Law Advisor in the Morecrofts Liverpool office.
I have experience of giving advice on a wide range of HR and Employment Law queries, drafting contracts and Handbooks, and dealing with Employment Tribunal Casework.
After graduating from Liverpool Polytechnic where I studied Law, I started my career in the Legal Profession before taking a career break to gain qualifications in Graphic Design and Art History.
Prior to joining ACAS in 2005, I held a variety of roles ranging from teaching Art History to several different posts within the civil service before embarking on a 12 year career within ACAS. Whilst working for ACAS, I was involved in both individual and collective dispute resolution/conciliation and gained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Individual Dispute Resolution from the University of Greenwich.
