Paul Barnes

I am a consultant solicitor in the civil and commercial litigation team at Morecrofts.

I assist clients with all manner of dispute resolution matters, and I have a particular specialism in Will and inheritance disputes, professional negligence claims, landlord legal services, commercial litigation (to include contract disputes, commercial disputes and building disputes) as well as property litigation.

I am here to give you pragmatic and cost-effective advice, and if possible gain a resolution before the courts process is required using Alternative Dispute Resolution where appropriate.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1989. Outside of work I am an avid football and golf fan. I also enjoy walking and spending time with family.
