Beth Merriman

I am a paralegal based in our Liverpool City Office, assisting partner Carly Philp with matters regarding Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. I can help clients with cases such as road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, slips and trips, historic abuse claims, human rights claims and applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

I joined Morecrofts in October 2026 and take pride in helping clients navigate what can often be difficult and emotional situations. I enjoy the diverse nature of my role and the opportunity to make a positive difference to people seeking support and compensation following injury or trauma.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to new places and spending time outdoors.
