HR Executive, Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive, Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our highly successful employment and HR team.

Based in our City Centre office, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR.

You will have experience of advising small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) on HR and employment law matters, including drafting contracts of employment, employment handbooks, correspondence with employees and giving telephone advice.

You will have strong technical skills, excellent client care and communication skills, be well organised, ambitious and able to work to targets. You will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and have good decision making skills.

Confidence in developing business contacts and being comfortable with using social media, writing blogs and articles would be an advantage.

Costs Draftsman

We have an excellent opportunity for a Costs Draftsman to join our Liverpool City Centre team.

This role will include assisting a busy billing department and dealing with billing of Family Legal Aid files.

You will have experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Legal Aid Agency CMMS (essential).

You will have the ability to prepare claims for costs, dealing with technical queries from the Legal Aid Agency and courts, as well as being able to submit claims via CCMS.
The ability to prepare High Cost Case Plans is desirable.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, numerate, flexible and will have good interpersonal skills.
