These terms and conditions govern your use of the Website (“the Website”) operated and provided by Morecrofts (“Morecrofts”), a limited liability partnership with registered number OC333433. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Please read these terms of and conditions carefully before you begin to access material on the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt, the reference in this Agreement to the Website shall include each and every page on the Website.
Exclusion of Liability and Disclaimers

Whilst Morecrofts has taken every care in the preparation of the Website and its contents, Morecrofts cannot guarantee that the Website and its contents will be completely up to date, accurate and free of errors. Morecrofts makes no warranties, representations and/or undertakings (express or implied) in respect of the Website and its contents, including the accuracy, reliability, suitability, quality, availability or completeness thereof.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
