These terms and conditions govern your use of the Website (“the Website”) operated and provided by Morecrofts LLP (“Morecrofts”), a limited liability partnership with registered number OC333433. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Please read these terms of and conditions carefully before you begin to access material on the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt, the reference in this Agreement to the Website shall include each and every page on the Website.
Exclusion of Liability and Disclaimers
The Website and its contents are provided for general information purposes only. Whilst Morecrofts has taken every care in the preparation of the Website and its contents, Morecrofts cannot guarantee that the Website and its contents will be completely up to date, accurate and free of errors. Morecrofts makes no warranties, representations and/or undertakings (express or implied) in respect of the Website and its contents, including the accuracy, reliability, suitability, quality, availability or completeness thereof.
To the extent permitted by law, Morecrofts excludes all liability for any type of loss or damage which you may sustain as a result of accessing and using the Website, whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise (including, without limitation, liability in respect of any losses, damages, costs or expenses) of any nature howsoever incurred by you of an indirect or consequential nature, such as loss of profits, data, business or good will. Computer Viruses and Errors

Whilst Morecrofts will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website does not contain or promulgate any errors, viruses, bugs or other malicious codes or harmful components and will be uninterrupted, Morecrofts makes no warranty or representation that this will be the case. Morecrofts recommends that you should virus check all material downloaded from the Website and regularly check for the presence of errors, viruses, bugs, other malicious codes and harmful components.
To the extent permitted by all applicable laws, Morecrofts excludes all liability (other than liability for death or personal injury cause by Morecrofts’ negligence) in connection with any damage or loss caused by errors, viruses, bugs, other malicious codes or harmful components originating or contracted from the Website and any interruptions in the running of the Website.
Morecrofts reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of the Website if Morecrofts determines at its sole discretion that you have breached these terms and conditions or have otherwise been engaged in conduct which it determines in its sole discretion to be unacceptable.
Morecrofts reserves the right to report any activity which it suspects might violate any relevant laws or regulations to the appropriate authority. If such authority asks Morecrofts for information, Morecrofts reserves the right to disclose any such information to them.
You shall be responsible for and indemnify Morecrofts against all actions, claims, proceedings, costs and damages and all legal costs or other expenses incurred by Morecrofts which are caused by your breach of these terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from use of the Website, although Morecrofts retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or other relevant country.
These terms and conditions of use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
