We will provide a completion statement to break down the fees and costs involved and to show the balance required to complete your purchase. On the completion day you can concentrate on the move and we will deal with all the necessary legal formalities to ensure that everything goes smoothly. When your ownership has been completed at the Land Registry we will provide you with a copy of the updated Land Register.
