Designed for clients who have only a very limited in-house HR function.

We offer our employer clients the option of a combined
employment law and HR support service at a fixed annual
fee, payable in monthly instalments, which includes:

The services of an employment law and HR specialist to deliver practical and hands-on advice and assistance by telephone, e-mail or attendance on-site

A qualified employment solicitor providing commercially sensible employment advice as and when required

Reviewing, drafting, updating and implementing employment contracts, policies and employment handbook

Identifying and drafting bonus and commission structures

Preparing letters for you to send to employees as and when needed

Responding on your behalf to letters sent by employees and/or their representatives to help avoid employment tribunal claims being lodged

Helping you take key decisions on strategic employment matters such as redundancy planning and guidance on disciplinary processes

Attendance and support at disciplinary and grievance meetings,
where required

Employment Protection Insurance

Whilst following our advice vastly minimises the risk of facing a claim by an employee, there may be unavoidable circumstances in which a claim arises, no matter how well you have handled a process. With this in mind, some employers choose to protect against the costs and awards associated with facing a claim in an employment tribunal. We can help with this too.
