Dealing with Property

When you’ve lost a loved one, there are many confusing and complex legal matters to deal with, one of which may be any property that has been left behind.

It is the duty of the Executor or Administrator to ensure that the deceased’s estate is distributed among those entitled to it. This could involve selling some assets, investing monies and dealing with the sale of a house or flat. The law places certain restrictions on the way in which money can be invested or dealt with, and the inexperienced can easily take unauthorised action without realising the legal implications.

At Morecrofts, we can guide you through the whole process ensuring that it is as simple and straightforward as possible. We will work alongside our expert property team if necessary to make selling the property a seamless task.

To find out more about our first class legal services call us on 0151 2368871, email info@morecrofts.co.uk or use our enquiry form.
