I am a associate solicitor in the family law team at Morecrofts.
I can advise on and deal with the whole range of legal problems arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial disputes (whether between married or unmarried couples) and issues in relation to children.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1994.
I always try to identify practical, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions when dealing with cases. However, if it is not possible to agree a resolution through negotiations meaning litigation is unavoidable, I will not shirk from a fight.
I never lose sight of the fact that when clients seek my advice, they are doing so at one of the most difficult times in their life. What I find most rewarding about my job seeing the immense feeling of relief felt by many clients when their cases are successfully concluded
Outside work I am married and have 2 teenage children and a dog (who I seem to have been delegated the task of walking).
I enjoy the great outdoors, including hill walking and skiing. I also run, play 5-a-side and enjoy the occasional round of golf.
I appreciate this won’t be popular at this end of the M62 but I also support Manchester United FC.
