After graduating from the University of Liverpool, I started my career in teaching and youth work both here and abroad before starting an 18-year career in HR and Employee Relations.
Prior to joining ACAS in 2009, I held a variety of HR roles ranging from operational HR to more specialised policy work before embarking on a 9 year career within ACAS. Within ACAS, I was involved in both individual and collective dispute resolution/conciliation and gained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Individual Dispute Resolution from the University of Greenwich. I also hold CIPD qualifications in Core Management and People Management and Development.
