I am an Associate Solicitor who Heads up the Court of Protection Team based at the Crosby Office

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and have recently returned to Morecrofts following a short spell elsewhere. I had previously worked for Morecrofts for over 9 years

I specialise in all areas of Private Client work including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney – Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare, estate Planning, tax planning, Probate and all Elderly Client work

I am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and have undertaken training on Dementia which has greatly assisted me in understanding the condition and communicating effectively with suffers and their family.

I have extensive experience working as a Professional Attorney or Deputy for clients, I deal with all matters on their behalf from dealing with their investments and properties, making sure they are receiving all the benefits, to rehousing their cats!

I deal with complex applications to the Court of Protection for gifting/IHT planning and statutory wills.

I am proud to be a Trustee for Sefton Advocacy Centre
