Carole Brennan Divorce lawyer

I supervise a team which deals with all aspects of family law. I specialise in financial claims for married, unmarried and engaged couples together with children matters and dispute resolution. I can represent clients at court, I can mediate, negotiate and I am also a collaborative lawyer and an Arbitrator. I have taken specialist exams with Resolution in pensions, children and domestic violence cases. I am also a very experienced Mediator and as well as dealing with family separation, I mediate in court of protection cases and all types of disputes involving families.

I have worked for many years for a domestic violence charity and I am also particularly interested in mentoring young people. I regularly take on students for work experience.

In family mediation cases I am qualified to see children directly and I have considerable experience of children and adults with special educational needs.

I have dealt with cases where assets are in their millions to cases where the parties are burdened by debt. I lecture in mediation and dispute resolution. The thing that pleases me most in my career is that the vast majority of my work is recommended by Solicitors and I feel privileged that members of my own profession think I am worth recommending.

Outside of work I relax by reading, sewing, dancing and baking.
