Paralegal - Family Law

I am a Paralegal within the family law department, based in the Allerton Road Office, and I’ve worked at Morecrofts since August 2024.

I assist Partner, Jo-anne Lomax on a variety of matters. My work is varied and can include working within Care Proceedings for both children’s guardians and parents, supporting parents through private Children Act proceedings such as applications for Child Arrangements Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders, and helping victims of domestic abuse secure Non-Molestation Orders. I’m also continuing to expand my expertise with regards to Matrimonial matters.

I have a Masters in Law and an undergraduate degree in Sociology, and aspire to qualify as a solicitor following completion of the SQE.

Outside of work I love watching Liverpool FC home games and occasionally away, I love playing guitar and also going to gigs.
