Notices to Quit

You may have to serve a notice to quit on the tenant to bring the tenancy to an end for you to regain possession of the property. There are specific statutory requirements which make the notice valid. Incorrect notices can waste time and costs and result in further loss of rent to you.

Working closely with our litigation team we will help you to serve a valid notice required under the terms of your lease or tenancy agreement and should the matter require the intervention of the courts we will assist you throughout.

We understand how worrying legal costs can be so we have a range of payment options available to suit your budget and needs. For many of our services we offer fixed fee packages alongside our traditional fee system and we will help you decide which option is right for you.
