If you are selling your home, investment property or a portfolio of properties there are a number of steps you need to take.

Allow us to take the hassle out of the sales process by liaising with the estate agent, if involved, drawing up the contracts and dealing with your purchaser’s solicitors. From the start to completion of the sale we will handle and resolve any problems which arise. We will do our best to achieve the completion date you would like and if you are buying another property we will ensure that the sale and purchase are completed on the same day unless you have alternative requirements.

If you have a mortgage and other borrowing secured on the property we will work with your lenders to pay off these loans on the day of completion and ensure that their charges are removed promptly. We will provide a completion statement showing the proceeds of sale and all necessary payments and after completion surplus funds will be sent to you by your preferred method.
