Brian Lawlor

Brian heads our Property Department across our 4 offices and heads the property team in our City Centre office in Liverpool. He is the firm’s Senior Partner having for many years carried on the role of Managing Partner before passing that role onto Helen Broughton. He specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing.

Brian is a non-executive director of Merseycare NHS Trust. He is the Company Secretary and legal advisor to the Northern Premier Football League Limited. In his spare time he is Vice Chairman of Marine Association Football Club.
