Anne Heseltine

Anne Heseltine is a Partner at Morecrofts and specialises in Commercial Litigation with particular expertise in Property Litigation, Professional Negligence, and Contentious Probate. Anne is also an accredited Mediator and has been practising law for 32 years.

Anne has been cited in the 2011 edition of the Legal 500 directory as having particular expertise in contentious probate and the firm is recommended in the third tier for commercial litigation.

On top of her day job as a successful Commercial Litigator Anne is a past President of Liverpool Law Society and Chair of the Liverpool Mombasa Access to Justice Project.
