Biography
Carole is a Partner at Morecrofts and head of the Liverpool Divorce and Financial team. She is also a Resolution accredited mediator, one of the most experienced in Merseyside. Carole is also an experienced collaborative lawyer. Carole is a one firm woman having joined Morecrofts in 1985 and has worked at both our Crosby and Liverpool offices.
Carole is a Resolution accredited expert in Pensions Law, Children’s Law and Domestic violence and worked for over 20 years as a Trustee of the charity Seftons Women’s and Children’s Aid which helps victims of domestic violence to rebuild their lives. She is involved on a number of Court Committees dealing with particularly Mediation collaborative law and Financial proceedings. Carole has specialist training to include children in mediation in certain circumstances. Carole also delivers training to the family team here at Morecrofts and mentors Graduates from local universities each year who are looking at a career in Law.
