Biography
Donal Bannon is a Partner at Morecrofts and specialises in Litigation, specifically in Corporate and Personal Insolvency. Whilst practising over the last 21 years Donal has been involved many Landmark cases and rulings including Middlesbrough FC v Liverpool FC but finds the most rewarding part of his work helping businesses to survive financial difficulties and save jobs.
When Donal isn’t working on client cases he is the SRA’s representative Director on the Board of Insolvency Practice Regulation Services Limited, a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and Insolvency Lawyers Association and also a former President of Liverpool Law Society.
