Co-habitation or Sharing Agreements

A co-habitation agreement is a contract entered into by parties living together who want to formalise the arrangement. Although, they are yet to be generally accepted by the courts they do provide evidence of the intention of the parties which may clarify the situation in the event of dispute. A Co-habitation Agreement cannot provide the same rights as married couples or civil partners have.

Upon taking the details of your wishes such as the division of assets, the effects on children, payments of household bills and mortgages as well as what should happen in the event of death we will prepare and complete the appropriate documentation.
