One of the largest property auctioneers in the north west is holding its first auction in Liverpool on Wednesday 29th February at Aintree Racecourse.

Morecrofts is the only legal firm chosen by Pugh and Co to attend the auction. Peter Pownall, a Licensed Conveyancer with over 40 years experience in residential and commercial property law, will be present at the auction and will be happy to take instructions from successful bidders to attend to the legal formalities and complete the purchase on the appointed completion date.

He will also be available prior to the auction to reply to  legal queries you may have on any of the legal packs.

Friday 27th and Saturday 28th January, Crosby Branch Family Solicitor Angie Brown braved the cold weather to help Sefton Womens and Childrens Aid with their charity colleaction at the Tesco Store in Litherland.

Angie said, “although it was cold outside, it was worth barving the weather to help support this very worthwhile local cause”. The final sum raised is awaited, although Angie reported that the shoppers were very generous and it is hoped that a good amount has been raised from the generosity of the locals.

The charity is a local and provide help and support to women and children experiencing or suffering from domestic abuse.
